How It Works:

1. Submit a Referral: Fill out the referral form below with your contact information and the details of the person you’re referring.

2. Lease Signing: When your referred individual signs a 12-month lease with The Estates at Moorhead AND pays first month’s rent, you’ll be eligible for the referral reward.

3. Receive Your Reward: Once the first month’s rent is paid by the new resident, we’ll contact you to confirm your preferred method of payment. You’ll receive $750 within 30 days.
