Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This referral promotion is open to all individuals who refer a new resident aged 55 or older to The Estates at Moorhead, a 55 and older senior living community.

2. Referral Requirements: The referred individual must:

Be 55 years of age or older.

Sign a 12-month lease agreement with The Estates at Moorhead.

Not have been previously referred to The Estates at Moorhead by another party.

3. Referral Reward: If the referred individual meets all the referral requirements, the referrer will receive a referral reward of $750. The reward will be issued within 30 days following the payment of the referred individual’s first month’s rent.

4. Payment Method: The Estates at Moorhead will contact the referrer to confirm their preferred method of payment. The preferred payment method will be accommodated whenever possible.

5. Notification: The Estates at Moorhead will contact the referred individual within 30 days of receiving the referral to confirm their interest and eligibility.

6. New Referrals Only: The referred individual must be a new referral. This promotion does not apply to individuals who have already been referred to The Estates at Moorhead by another party.

General Terms:

• The Estates at Moorhead reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral promotion at any time without prior notice.

• This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• The referrer is responsible for any taxes associated with the referral reward.
